Paloma International L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Paloma"), owns its 1,214,456 shares of common stock through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mibars LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. S. Donald Sussman, the controlling person of Paloma, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of common stock beneficially owned by Paloma.
